By accessing Stafify website, downloading, installing and using its web or mobile-based applications including all of its other platforms or simply availing any Stafify Solutions, Products or Services, you as the Client, Visitor, Guest, User, Independent Contractor, Service Provider and others who access, avail, or use any Solutions, products or services in the platform hereby acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the accompanying engagement benefits, risks, and alternatives, and to be bound by Stafify Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Company Policy, Penalties and Independent Service Provider’s Agreement (For Service Provider) including all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws and international law and you agree that you consent us including our partner independent service providers to perform your requested service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Moreover, you hereby completely and irrevocably release Stafify the company and its subsidiaries including their respective agents, partner independent service providers, administrators, officers, employees, directors, contractors, and sub-contractors (Collectively, the “Stafify Released Parties”) of any all inaccuracies, omissions, errors, and miscalculations of the consultations, prescriptions, recommendations, endorsement, advises, work outputs, rendered services, approvals, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, knowingly or unknowingly provided by the Partner Independent Service Provider before, during and after each of the availed services through Stafify Platforms and Sales Channels, as well as all claims, actions or damages arising from any availed service or in connection with the online, virtual and remote second opinion consult (TeleConsultation On-Demand), conclusions or recommendations provided by Stafify partner independent service providers.
Subsequently, you agree that the Stafify Released Parties have no liability or responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information submitted to you or for any errors in its electronic transmission. As a condition to receiving the online, virtual and remote TeleConsultation On-Demand service, you have read and acknowledge that you have given this consent of your own free will. By accepting and agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and agree to assume the risks of the limitations set forth herein.

By availing and/or using any of Tele-Consultation On-Demand services in any of Stafify Platform, you will enter into an independent service provider-patient relationship and are expected to be consulted by an independent service provider who is licensed in your selected service and location. The independent service providers, in exercising their professional judgment, reserve the right to deny care or to provide services for any reason, including instances where the provision of care and/or other related requested services would be ethically, legally, or medically inappropriate.
Having a consultation or treatment through Tele-Consultation On-Demand service offers certain expected benefits, and is accompanied by possible risks. Expected benefits comprise convenient and faster access to business-related consultation, legal advice, general health, skin, and medical care, that enables you to access professional advice, consultations, or care virtually and remotely.
Moreover, potential risks include the remote dermatologist, physician, lawyer, or other professionals not being able to fully resolve your issue virtually over any internet-capable devices, including lack of access to your full records, which may, in rare instances, specifically for Tele-Health Consultations may result in allergic reactions or other adverse drug interactions. You can always have the option to obtain care or other professional services in a traditional personal and face-to-face setting, such as seeing your lawyer, or visiting an urgent care center or hospital.
Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by not availing, visiting, or using any of Stafify Platform and its services, or simply ending the TeleConsultation On-Demand service session. Subsequently, you authorize Stafify and its Independent Service Providers, and Partners, to release and share your confidential information and consulting independent service providers to perform and provide your requested service.
